Leadership

Estarlin De Jesús started his career in 2003 working directly in the field, learning the electrical trade from the ground up: conduit, wiring, panels and equipment start-up. That hands-on experience is the heart of ELDICON today.

Over the years he expanded into electrical design, project coordination and electromechanical systems, taking part in hospitality, residential and commercial projects across the East region and Greater Santo Domingo.

He founded ELDICON SRL to offer what the market was asking for: a single contractor able to design, build and stand behind the result. Today he leads a team operating in the Dominican Republic and the United States with the same standard: safety, code compliance and on-time delivery.
